-Structural composition: It usually consists of a paper feeding mechanism, a glue coating device, a tube forming mechanism, a cutting mechanism, and a control system. Some models are equipped with a drying device (for scenarios that require rapid curing of glue).
-Material adaptation: It can handle paper of different thicknesses and strengths, and roll paper tubes of different diameters (such as a few millimeters to tens of centimeters) and lengths according to requirements.

Working Principle

1. Paper feeding stage: The rolled raw paper is smoothly conveyed to the processing area through a paper feeding mechanism (such as a conveyor belt, guide rollers) to ensure uniform paper tension and avoid wrinkles.

2. Gluing stage: When the paper passes through the gluing device, the surface (usually the edge) is evenly coated with specialized glue (such as starch glue, white latex) to prepare for subsequent rolling and fixation.

3. Roll tube forming: The paper coated with glue is guided onto the core shaft (or mold) of the roll tube mechanism. Through the high-speed rotation of the core shaft and the pressure of the external pressure roller, the paper is wrapped layer by layer around the core shaft. The glue is used to bond the layers of paper under pressure, forming a tubular structure. The diameter of the core shaft determines the inner diameter of the paper tube.

4. Cutting and curing: The continuous paper tube formed by rolling is transported to the cutting mechanism and cut by the blade according to the preset length (set by the control system); If equipped with a drying device, the paper tube will undergo drying treatment to accelerate the solidification of the glue, improve the hardness and stability of the paper tube.

5. Unloading: The cut paper tube is automatically or manually unloaded to complete the production process.

The core principle is to use mechanical force to achieve continuous winding, bonding, and forming of paper, and to produce paper tubes that meet specifications by controlling winding tension, adhesive dosage, and cutting accuracy.

Working principle

1. Unwinding stage: Install the large roll paper tube raw paper on the unwinding rack, adjust the unwinding speed and force through a tension controller, ensure that the raw paper maintains stable tension during transportation, and avoid paper deformation caused by looseness or excessive stretching.

2. Correction and guidance: The raw paper is conveyed to the correction mechanism through guide rollers, and the edge position of the paper is detected by photoelectric sensors to automatically adjust the paper's running trajectory, ensuring edge alignment during cutting and providing a foundation for precise cutting.

3. Splitting stage: Adjust the spacing between the blades in the slitting blade group according to the required width of the paper tube (the blades are mostly high-speed rotating circular blades). When the raw paper passes through the blade group, it is longitudinally (along the length direction) cut into multiple rolls of narrow paper strips that meet the width requirements. During the cutting process, the contact pressure and speed between the blade and the paper are matched to ensure a smooth and burr free cut.

4. Winding stage: The narrow paper strips after slitting are guided to multiple reels of the winding device, and the winding motor drives the reels to rotate. With tension control, the paper strips are evenly and tightly wound into small coil paper. The winding diameter can be controlled by setting parameters, and the machine will automatically stop after reaching the preset value.

5. Unloading and Continued Production: Remove the rolled small roll paper and use it for the subsequent tube rolling process of the paper core making machine. The equipment can continuously load the material for the next round of cutting.

The core principle is to use stable tension control and precise tool positioning to cut large rolls of raw paper into narrow rolls suitable for paper tube production, providing raw materials that meet specifications for paper tube forming and ensuring the continuity and consistency of paper tube production.
