The 3000 all steel kitchen paper machine is a high-performance, processable, and efficient kitchen paper processing equipment on the market today. At the beginning of equipment design, the old-fashioned welded structure of channel steel and square tube was abandoned, greatly improving the stability of the equipment and making it easier for customers to adjust during use, saving equipment maintenance and debugging time! The overall material is made of high-strength steel plate laser cutting, and embossing, punching, and winding rollers are fixed in the middle of the steel plate on the equipment. The whole machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, pneumatic control, rewinding, punching, automatic paper pushing, automatic strip loading, shaft pulling, automatic edge trimming, and glue spraying in one. The machine body holes are benchmarked by computers and processed by machine tools, which changes the error situation that occurred during manual drilling in the past and has stronger stability. The winding roller is chrome plated, with strong hardness and wear resistance. One of the winding rollers has been threaded to prevent slipping during rewinding.

1.1.1. Inverted device

(1) The distance between the paper rolls is pulled apart by a three-stage belt differential, and the paper rolls are erected vertically through steps. They can be used vertically or horizontally;
