Working Principle
1. Paper loading stage: Install the roll shaped hand towel on the scroll inside the machine, with the paper head passing through the paper outlet and partially exposed to the outside.
2. Paper output stage:
-Manual: The user pulls the exposed paper head, and the paper is pulled out as the scroll rotates. After reaching the desired length, it is manually cut by the serrated cutter on the edge of the machine.
-Automatic induction type: Equipped with an infrared sensor, when the hand approaches the paper outlet, the sensor triggers the motor to operate, driving the spool to rotate and output paper. The paper output length can be preset (such as 15-30 centimeters), and it automatically stops after the paper output is completed. Some models support multiple induction for continuous paper output.
3. Paper refilling mechanism: When one roll of paper is used up, replace it with a new roll to continue using it. Some high-capacity models can install multiple rolls of paper at the same time and automatically switch to paper refilling.
The core principle is to control the rotation and stop of the paper roll through mechanical structure (manual) or sensor+motor (automatic), to achieve on-demand supply of hand wipes, balancing convenience and hygiene.
